Web509 is an immigration support and educational platform dedicated to helping immigrants access information, resources, and administrative support throughout their immigration journey.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Client Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Immigration & Client Support
- Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails
- Conduct client intake interviews and collect required information
- Organize immigration documents, supporting evidence, and client files
- Maintain accurate client records and case-tracking systems
- Schedule appointments and client consultations
- Follow up with clients regarding required documents and deadlines
- Assist with administrative preparation of immigration packets and supporting documentation
- Monitor application timelines and client communications
- Translate communications between English, French, and Haitian Creole
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Technology & Digital Support
- Maintain and update website content
- Assist with online forms and client portals
- Support internal technology systems and software
- Assist with AI-powered workflow tools and automation projects
- Perform basic website maintenance and testing
- Assist with digital recordkeeping and cloud-based systems
- Support Web509 digital projects and online operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in Haitian Creole
- Good command of French and English
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Available during U.S. Eastern business hours (some overlap required)
- Willing to sign a confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Administrative support experience
- Knowledge of immigration processes
- Experience with websites, technology platforms, or AI tools
- Current college or university student
Training & Onboarding
Full training and documentation are provided.
New team members complete a paid Immigration Overview course (covered by Web509) to ensure a strong understanding of immigration administrative processes, client support standards, and company procedures.
Equipment & Setup
Web509 provides the necessary computer equipment, software, and security tools, fully installed and configured for the role.
A Starlink internet connection may be installed to ensure reliable connectivity. The cost may be shared and deducted in installments beginning after the first 90 days.
Hours
Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Compensation
Starting at $200 USD every 15 days ($400 USD per month).
Payment made via MonCash.

All client information must be kept strictly confidential under a signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
